Default clunk??

help!!!! my drive shaft split the other day, had some loud clunks on full lock in forward and reverse, got a new ont fitted (cv joint split) got whole new shaft due to the clunk usually meaning bearings are bust, had a new one on the other side a while back... but now i was reversing up a slight lip with full lock on and i heard a slight clunk... worred but does have 2 new shafts, had a look under with a torch and both are fine as far as i can see.... what could it be??? or is it just strain on the car as it was awkward angle up a small lip??
