Default vtr alloy wheel balenceing

does any1 no where i can get my vtr wheels balence if i need them doin. anywhere in northumberland or newcastle area. my local garage where i got the tyres fitted couldnt balence them as their machine needs a hole right through not a solid centre cap like the vtr wheels. thanks for help any usefull will be repped!

Hey,
I don't live up that way, but you'll be lucky if you find anyone other than a Citroen dealer can do it.... they had a special adapter for the balancer machine and wanted £35 per wheel!!!!!!!!!
Had this problem with mine when I bought the motor, spoke to perhaps 6 places and none of them could do it. This is the main reason I punted my VTR wheels and replaced with after-market (that and my new rims are mighty fine!)

national tyres can do it for cheap to..

most garages have the adapter.. i think even kwikfit do.. but im not recommending on going their... unless you talk and understand "Stupid talk"
