look at what cars youd own as a "cheap run about" and wether they are reliable enuff, tax / insurance / mpg cheap enuff, otherwise it might not be worth it anyways

well my car is only on 31k miles, i keep it in perfect order..

And im not struggerling, i can pay off all my monthly bills and have enough to spend.

Just thinking it might be better to sell my car and pay of things, but i might do it the long way.. at least il have a good car in the end

£300 on credit card, £1000 on overdraft and a loan

But some of the loan was for the VTS in the first place, so selling it would be a waste of interest on the loan

See what i mean?

That's about what i owe my dad, for the past three months i've been spending nothing on myself and putting the most of my wages into a savings account. I've nearly got the full amount now so it's all going to be sorted soon. I did consider selling my vtr to pay him back but then i figured that's why i got into debt in the first place so that would be stupid. Glad i didn't sell in the end, i know i would have regretted it

exaclty!!!

I got into debt in the first place cause i wanted a swish car and i wanted another Saxo VTS...

If i sell it then it defeats the object of getting a loan in the first place

It's better to save the £52 each year. It's probably more than you'll ever win!!
