Default Quick strut question

Will a mk2 1.1 front strut

fit

my mk2 1.4?

I will be changing the spring, and disk, but will it actually replace my old one or do i need one of a 1.4?

And also how do you get the big bolt (in the centre of the disk off, looks to be on a spline)?

As always rep will be given thanks

The answer is no they dont fit.

They dont have the weld on the 1.1 struts for the anti roll bar? like the 1.4's do!

Does anyone have a strut that is right for a 1.4?

Ive bought 2 now and theyve been wrong, and i need one by next Thursday!

Please someone help
