Default Clutch Warranty

A year ago before i bought my car it had a new clucth in it replaced at a local mr clucth. The person before me obviously hadnt driven the car properly as it feels as if the clutch is going again. Crunching when going into reverse, high biting point etc. If i take my car back to the garage with the warranty will they replace my clucth for absolutely nothing? not costing me a penny. or will they try and say my clutch is not going etc. and will they put a brand new genuine part in? thanks alot
chris

in theory yes they should as long as its within the warranty period stated. and they will replace the part with the cheapest one they can find.. unless its a decent garage.

this has just happened to me, it broke in 3 months of replacing. So they repaced it for free
