Ebay rules state that:
Cars cannot be straight swapped they have to be bought, people say "ebay says no swap wink wink" to mean that if someone does offer them a straight swap they may consider it. Ebay cannot stop you doing that.

That's coz i 'emailed the seller' asking what engine did it have put in it to get it as 1.8? they said
