read about it agers ago! only just finally gave it a look its not a bad tool to use and its free,
you just add what you have eaten etc over the day and your dailly averages etc in calories, carbs, fat, fibre etc to keep trace of howmuch you are getting of what
quite intresting stuff to know and also good for having an idea of how to improve your eating habits

i can also seem a bit of a challenge as im wanting to beat the aim

holidays in 3 and a half weeks so i have an excuse

its definately not a bad thing mate so its better than nothing. I dont know if you train at a gym at all? But thats the best way along with a combined healthy balance diet. You can still eat "nice" things now and again its all about moderation etc. If you need any more help pm me

yeah i generally go to the gym mosty weekday nights aswell as around a 3 hour walk a day with my working on the post, i just think this is a good way to find out where you goign wrong and in what areas your overdoing things

myself ive learned when ive used bread mainly with soup or for toast ive used lurpak as its all we have in, the amount of fat and salt from it hammeres your daily reccomendations! so i will be replacing that when i get a chance
