99% of bodykits on the market are GASHTASTIC.

a few kits have been done that work well. Sadly the saxo market is flooded with lots of cheap shite that looks appauling. Carzone kit being one lol

IMO some can look outstanding but on a daily driver which hasn't had much money spent on it it can look tatty and tacky.

i used to love them,
but as iv got older,
standard ftw!
Added splitters etc, fine ... but massive body kits just make me think 'chav'.

I used to hate them and then I was converted but with limitations. Basically I think they are great if they serve a purpose.
Bigger arches to cover wide track suspension and wheels, bonnet vent to .. erm.. vent, spoiler to add downforce.
BTW for anyone who thinks those are crummy bat ears that will have a spoiler attached soon

Most kits for the saxos make it look like a block on wheels or make the car look too 'busy'...
The cliche kit for flat arches doesnt look too bad imo.
But there are hardly any nice kits out their tbh.

Completely agree. Most aftermarket kits for small cars just look horrible.
