VTR Spot Light Wiring......

Hey guys,

Ive just bought some new spot light bulbs, they are Ring Rally Sport 130w bulbs, yes 130w!!!!

Ive just recieved them today and it has this wrote on the back

WARNING: Check vehicle wiring and switchesbefore fitting high wattage bulbs. They must be rated at a minimumof 25ampsfor 130w bulbs at 12v.

Now i have absolutly no idea about wiring lol can does anyone no what the spot light wiring is rated at??

Obviously dont want to put them in and blow my electrics!!!

EDIT - I also received a pair of blue side light bulbs free, now it says they are "E" marked approved, does this meen they are legal? as i thought they were illegal to use lol
