Default Selling damaged car what to do

Hi
saxos got its headlights out, slam panel out and the bonnet is bent. I've got a guy offering to buy it off me, what do i do? He wants to get insured on it and drive it back quite a distance in its current state.

I thought cancel insurance, send off log book, make a contract and get him to sign it.

Help is much appreciated especially if you know the proper rules etc. Im to young to get sent down

thanks

Tell him either tow truck it, or find alternative means of receiving the vehicle because there is no way he can drive it in it's current state. The last thing you want is to get done for something you didnt do.

Like you say, at the end of the day if he is prepared to take the risk it his his responsibility, not yours.
