Default Coolant spilling out

Hi guys,

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but when i turn my engine on the coolant gushed out from the top of my header tank and also from somewhere from underneath!!

This only happens when the engine is on and stops soon after turning it off...

any ideas as im sh$t scared of driving about in it like that!
