Can it be done? there dosent look much space to do it the same way as the lower grill is done.

yeh m8 by removing the centre grill piece n the badge. i thought it could be done but i just cant see how now lol

the mk1 grill is held in place by 3 screws on the top and 2 plastic clips on the side (need 2 remove the indicators 2 get 2)
u should now have the grill off the car.holding the inner of the grill in place is a few screws remove all of them and snap the brackets that held them in place.
u should now have a flat surface 2 place ur mesh over. cut 2 shape and use fibre glass 2 hold it in place then wait 4 it 2 set just b carefull when u stick ur mesh on dont want 2 get it the wrong way round like i did lol! as when the light hits it it looks funny lol

ill have 2 av a look but i cant see how the middle section comes off it seems as tho its all joined in its not the smiley grille similar to the rgm one incase ur meaning tht one

looks like its just been cut with a hack or jig saw then just smoothed with sand paper.cant you put the smiley one on yours from a scrap yard and then mesh that?

did mine today mate an it looks shit hot fair play. i did the lower grill saturday an the top grill today, i put the citroen arrows in the left hand corner an eeryone keeps sayin how trick an mint it looks already. go for it an be patient results are amazin!
oh sorry thats a dif grill type, mines a phase one but dif to that!

youve got the same type grill as me. its the smiley faced grill tombo is done. i cant seem to find any one who has dun the same as our type altho im sure it can be done sumhow
