will saxo alloys fit on a y reg 406 hdi?peugeot is 4stud,jsut not sure on offest pcd etc?

i thought 406 offset want that different and would fit but possibly require spacers.

saw a 406 yesterday with (kerbed to f*ck) 205 gti alloys... surely can fit?
