no not at all, a few months after i had the snip i felt a lump on one of my bollocks which just turned out to be scar tissue from the snip but it scared me enough to have prostate checked out too, tbh if you worried dont delay.

there isn't a set age you start having to check the prostate at.
only in families with strong recurrent history of problems.
Never had it done personally, but as a medical student have done plenty... they aren't bad unless you are anxious about it and tense up etc.
