cam belt change question
got a 2001 saxo vtr 47 000 miles on clock , does it need the cambelt changing and how much am i looking at roughly

Don't think it will need changing yet, about 60'000 miles is recommended I think, not sure how much it will cost I recon its £30 for a vtr, but im not sure lol

Yer but if your car has never had one and its a 2001 model then it is due one because in handbook states every 5 years or 70,000 mile's is it? Need to get mine done but it's something you don't want to splash the cash on as you don't see as much a benfit as where else you could spend the cash but hey shitroen's for you lol Mate's got a Fiesta it is every 10 year's on his !

I done mine on 60,000 it isnt worth taking the Risk to be honest  ! Oh and the kits about £70.

i have got a 51 plate vtr and i checked with autodata and it was 10year cambelt change but i changed my 4 piece ov mind
