car wont start :(
hi guys,
I had a bump with a clio on the way home from work the other day, his car was fine but mine now wont start, ive tried the fuel cut off switch several times and nothing the batterys got plenty of juice, the engine just wont quite tick over... the impact wasnt big and there isnt any damage to the engine bay itself, just the bumper and light etc. im working loads atm so dont hav time to play around with the car much, any ideas would be great.
cheers

could be a few things? as said does it start? if not you might have snapped an earth strap or damaged wiring etc, did you drive home?

Its the inertia fuel cut of switch that is triggerd when you have a bump, it is located on under the bonnet and is near the n/s strut top, it is either red or black and its a square switch, all you need to do is press it and the car will now come back to life

ah have just re read your first post, hmm dont know then mate, thats the usual thing, nothing else would really brake in that sort of impact, we have alot of light/medium collisions in racing and never have a problem with wiring etc.

if its just turning over maybe theres no fuel getting to it, hit from behind who knows look under the passenger wheel side for what looks like a fuel filter see if nothings come off there or any leaks
