price for de badgein the boot lid!? ie saxo & citreon...

any ideas.... i may get it done if i can afford it while shes in the body shop... wanna know roughly how much so the trusty man who can doesnt have my pants down!! (its never gd wen a guy has another guys pants down!! im sure u understan!!! ) LOL

me to, it looks alot better with out them and should be cheaper than flushin the whole boot f**k knows y shitreon put the badges on the way they do, just plain awkward!

i got told it was bout £80.. not sure if that was for it bein flushed or de badged..

but i swear i got told

£80 for debadging and fillin dem stupid lil holes

or

£200 for flushing the whole boot

does the glass need to come out to just de badge it!!??

hes already got the paint as hes re-doing the bodge job of a previous garage, he doing the DTM mirrors for free!

if its more than £60 its a no go!

If you have the badge area blended into the rest of the boot then the glass can stay in. But I thought you would want a proper job... full boot re-spray.

£45 labour is quite realistic. Would you charge less for taking up two hours of your time? (plus overheads)

If you ask the right person, you could probably get it done for £50.

i was told i could get my boot flushed then sprayed all for £90,which i thot was pretty gd price!!!

i asked about debadgin the boot and the estimate was huge! like 200! it involved weldin tho

i got mine debaged, de locked and tow bar hook taken off, also got the lil lip where the lock is smoothed in, it cost me 250 for all that

with the debadgin they have to weld up the holes (if done properly) then filled and painted over

wudnt get boot all done looks rubbish on standard saxos

have a look for my ass (thats the topic title)in gallery and ul c my car with it done, looks alot smarter i think, got new lights day after nice smoked ones, add us to msn if u got it and il show u the pics
