its really easy mate,
1; Jack car up, on axle stands,
2; Put jack under box to support weight,
3; remove the mount from the box and chassis
4; may be awkward to manouver it around the exhaust
5; smash old one out with a hammer
6; clean the mount where the bush fits in, apply loads of copper grease
7; push both parts of the poly bush into place
8; put copper grease around the metal bush sleeve
9; refit

Don't need to bother supporting the weight of the gearbox as the lower mount just stops forwards/ backwards momentum. Loosen the nut on the bolt which goes through the middle of the mount but don't remove it just yet. Use an 18mm socket or ring spanner and remove the two bolts which hold the lower mount assembly to the engine - then you can pull the bolt out from the middle of the mount. I had to remove the front pipe of the exhaust to do this part.
Between the metal and the rubber mount you'll see a white plastic ring - smash a flat head screwdriver between the plastic and the metal a couple of times... should drop out no bother. Then slide the mounts in and tap the metal sleeve through with a rubber mallet.
