Re-Map
How much would i be looking at paying for my furio to be re-mapped?????
And would i have to take it back into a garage to have it mapped back to the standard mapping?

best not to get a remap unless you have cams, with just breathing mods the increase will be very minimal mayeb 3-4bhp, no point unless you have cams.

cams - depends what type you get, they range from about 300 plus.
try newman PH3s on KAM RACING, there quite a popular choice.

there are other benefits including better mpg, smoother power delivery and better pull from the low end... Outright hp isn't majorly increased but that's because it's only looking at a certain point in the revs... you've got another useable 4000rpm over which the engine is improved.

right i see.. so re-mapping makes the fuel burn better and more efficient.. i think im gonna just get a raceland manifold on it and leave the power mods at that, then in about a years time when i get an R then ill probs do the same with that. Then when the time comes for an S i will cam, re-map etc...
