i ent to macdonalds last night. brakes were working finr but when i went to push the pedal down to stop in a car parking space they barey worked!
the pedal went straight down to the floor and i hit the curb ripping my front LCR splitter off.

ner the pedal is fine mate. the mechanism is still spot on. there is just hardly any resistance till your pedal is nearly touching the floor!

It sounds like it's lost fluid somewhere, check the master cylinder, could also be a caliper. I take it disks are fitted all round? If not the the rear brake drum slave cylinders are a likely shout

Hmmmm
If the brakes fluid is polluted, then it could I guess freeze, which would ezplain both at once
Otherwise Carl see above

fluid is the same mate. its not lost any. sounds like one of the diaphrams in the master cylinder have gone but im not too clued up on them.
yer disks all round mate. if i ram the brakes on just one wheel locks up.
