Adding electric window switches - Saxperience

I dont like where the current switches are, they are a pain in the ass, my mums car & my dads van both have the switches in the door & thats where i want mine, ive had a look & there is two wires going to the electric window motor, iam wondering if i could cut them & put another switch on it, or would i have to get all the wires from the old switches to do this, please help me out.

not got a clue, but what would you put where the window switches are?

i think they are good where they are personally, could be alot of work and it mite not look good

I'd just leave the switches where they are & if possible still have them working just incase i forget i have them in the door aswell, iam a sparky so iam up to any challenge that includes running wires & getting them to work, just thought i'd ask here first to see if anyone has done it, i'll ask my dad, he should be able to tell me.

Ive got biggish hands & when you want to put your window down & so does your passenger then it tends to be a pain in the ass.
