alarm randomley going off
Hi ive just brought anouther saxo been doing odd bits to it but have noticed the alarm just keeps randomley going off any ideas or fixes its factory fitted fob alarm by the way thanx all

the ultrasonic sensors sometimes play up.turn them off see if that helps !

to the left of the hazard warning light switch is a switch that has a funny icon on it. Press and hold it until the alarm LED illuminates, then get out and lock the car with the fob.
This turns the interior sensors off but doors, boot, bonnet etc are still alarmed.

mine randomly goes off if i dont turn the sensors off, as said above theres a button with a funny icon on it next to the hazards and heted window button, hold it down till the alarm light stays on then just lock the car normally with the fob  or you can take the wires for the ultrasonic sensors out of the fusebox in the passangerfootwell according to a thread on here

lol might be able to find it with a search? or has it actually gone off the site? 
iirc it was something about taking 2 black wires off, but i bet when you actually come to do it all the wires will be black lol
