Important! : Saxo VTS wont start - Saxperience

I got a saxo vts and it wont start, its clicking from the fuel ecu under the actual ecu. ive tried changing this but its still the same. ive noticed the quick drone you get from the fuel pump isnt happening, has anyone got any ideas? ive tried the fuel cut off av pressed that all the way in and its still the same. please help asap, am desperate

Is it turning over yeh? Check your fuses if you think the fuel pump is the problem.

yeah it turns over mate, i changed the fuel relay under the ecu, what fuses do i need to check coz i looked at most of them in the engine bay, i cant hear the fuel pump wurh like it used to the fuel relay just clicks aways
