Default Driving away from MOT failure?

What would be the case if i was to fail my MOT?Would i be able to drive it away or not?Car needs anew CV boot which i have ready to fit,.and has a snapped wheel stud.tried allkinds t get it out,wont budge. MOT garage are gonna try and get it out today or its a new hub time..which i cant get till thursday..the day after my MOT runs out...

yeah you can drive it away but you have to have everything fixed within 24hours i think otherwise they will charge for a mot again.
