Default Question about Primer

Ok so ive refurbed a damaged vt bumper as i got it for £10, ive smoothed off a few things on it and had to fill some holes plus i filled over some fiberglass. the color im painting it is 'wicked red' so i bought this color and also some RED primer as i was told this was the best for the color i was using, i also bought a tin of FILLER primer, i planned on spraying it with the filler primer wet + dry it inbetween each layer and then with the RED primer + paint and so on..... but as there is alot of filler on the bumper, ive used from grade 60 to 1500 wet and dry but cant get it all perfect smooth, there is slight ripples in it. ive now been told to use HIGH BUILD primer, but what is it? i thought that filler primer was high build primer? if this is what i need were can i pick it up from?

are you using a block to sand or your fingers? as this can make the surface uneven as you have different pressures. You wont be able to use primer to fill in bad unevens it will need to be sanded back
