Default Manifolds

Thinking about getting one soon just wanted to know some information.

When ordering one do you get a cat in a pipe with it which can be replaced by Sports Cat or De-cat?

With Mark 2's does every manifold need the oil filter changing to a mark 1 oil filter?

Whats the best one for the price? Im after a 4-2-1 Manifold by the way for my VTR.

Cheers

No, not every manifold. I think Supersprint is a popular choice, good performance, and you shouldnt have to re-locate the oil filter.
