If its on cold days that completly normal, the water is water its normal (condensation (sp) in the system) its what rots out exhauts on around town cars.
Where as if its a lot of white smoke even when warm, then its water in the engine generally being head gasket failure, if its head gasket failure check for mayo on oil cap, poor starting and needing to be topped up a lot.
Matt.

If their is mayo stuff under the cap, your headgasket is failing mate...
Id get this changed ASAP and stop driving it as much as possible...
If you continue to drive like this and the temp goes high then it can cause the head to warp and you will need to have it skimmed!
Will cost ££ though!!

Headgasket failure, you will need a new headgasket and at worst it with distorted the head which means it needs skimming

You need to get headgasket replaced mate...
Part itself is not much but labour on it is expensive.
If you know a lot about your car then you can do it yourself but if not then i advise taking to a garage ASAP...
Wouldnt drive the car as you dont know how hot your temperature is...

Tbh, my love for saxo's has downed a lot since ive owned one...
I wanted a VTS as soon as i had my VTR but then i had headgasket issue, sorted that out and now my coilpack / distributor block has gone!
Saving up for an Audi A3 and Pug 205
