Car(s): saxo vts mk1 (black) Pulsar GTiR (black) saxo vt

Default 2nd VTS

Had a black VTS before, was crashed into twice after i had spent a fortune on it so got rid of it for a Nissan Pulsar GTiR. Had my fun with that and with the price of petrol etc, sold that and went back to a VTS, in blue this time.

When I bought it, there was a crappy little alpine cd player in it, gold speedline's on it, and that was really about all.

i bought the car on a saturday, and had it booked in to get lowered for the tuesday. ordered the -50mm springs for the front and they came on the monday morning. dropped the car off at the garage at 12pm and picked at back up at half 5 when i finished work. Mechanic said that he didnt think the springs where -50mm, he thought more like -35mm or -40mm but could let them break in and see how it goes.

this pic was taken about 2 months after being lowered and as you can see, hasnt really lowered anymore and i know ppl are probably thinkin i should have sent the springs back etc but had ordered them off an ebay shop, although the reciept does say -50mm. anyways, let it at that and decided to cheer me up a bit, i'd order a new sub, and head unit.
got a nice little deal on a pioneer one that takes SD cards and came with a 2gb SD card. Bought a Vibe sub boxed aswell and already had all the cables and a mono amp from my first saxo.

Ordered a pipercross induction kit aswell as some HI4 bulbs. got them all fitted no bother aswell but dont have any pics as i'm wantin to clean the engine bay up first.

then had the set back of the power steering pipe leakin but managed to sort it with a bit of rubber to stop the rubbing and touch wood, its still going fine so far.

After getting that sorted, I really wanted the VTS wheels like i had on my previous VTS so just kept an eye on ebay and managed to snap them up from a guy, Nathan, off here (cheers for those btw!)

plans are, maybe need to raise the back a little due to a "close friend" expecting soon.

clean out and polished style engine bay
upper and lower strut braces
dimma type grille
new wing mirrors
dark rear clusters
stainless exhaust
tinted windows
wheels done white
black bits done blue
mk2 spoiler to get sprayed and fitted
new set of components

cheers ppl

Does look nice and subtle and looked good on the Speedlines.

However, after owning a Pulsar in the past, and a Saxo at present, there is no way i could sell a Pulsar in favour of a Saxo,no chance.

lol the pulsar was jsut costin to much and im back at college. prob would buy another pulsar but only as a secondary car. think thats prob why i aint fused about the "performance" of the saxo.

cheers for the comments, mite get the wheels done white, but window tints and exhaust before anything.

meant to ask, anyone know where's good for windows tints on quality and price? seen an advert for Mr tint, was £100 but dunno wot the includes or what hes like. was looking for as dark but legal on front 2 and 10%darker on back windows
