As Al said mate. Check the seals. One of my old Saxo's used to do that and I found it to be the bottom strip/seal. It had come out of position. If this is the case, then remove your door card, push the seal back in, then put the doorcard back on. About a fifteen minute job.

had the car ever been broken in to that you know of (like before you got the car) as the repairs might of left a gap at the top of the door frame

Mine does it a little mate, its nothing to be worried about - as long as not water or damp is getting in!

Easy way to work out where it is - take a passenger when travelling at the speed it happens - get them to run their finger around the seal of the door to pinpoint the place!

I can almost guaruntee that it'll be on the top corner (about the 2o'clock position)

If so - the door needs pressed in slightly from the outside! Not a hard job

saxos are a noisy ride for driver and passengers anyway, not much sound proofing mate, so you mite just have to get used to it

you can check the wing mirror, take it off and check if all the holes have gromits in them, check behind the wing mirror unit to see if it has got the seal there or check for any splits
