Blockbusters refunds?
Hello all.
I bought fifa 10 earlier for my xbox 360 and after while it freezes (same happened with fifa 09 but no other game) so can I take it back and get a refund (or swap it for a ps3 one) by saying it doesn't work? Or will they say GTFO?

I doubt you'll be able to get a refund with it unwrapped, but they should exchange with no questions asked.

Exchange it with a 360 one or ps3 one? My sister has a ps3 that I can buy cheap so I'll be selling my 360...

Sounds like your Xbox isnt working if both 09/2010 dont work. Id get onto Microsoft if I was you.

Left 4 Dead is the only game that crashes on mine. But my CD works on other systems.

Try both Fifa 09 and Fifa 2010 on another machine. If it works then you know your Xbox is funked.

They both work, sometimes for ten minutes then "disk can't be read" or something and then sometimes it could be two hours. I borrowed a mates fifa 09 that worked perfectly on his but still crashed on mine.
Will microsoft still offer to have a look at it as i would've thought it was out of warranty by now? Over two years old I think...

Microsoft upped the warrenty on all Xbox's to 3 years. I call them ASAP.
Have you tired installing the game to the HD, this may resolve the crashing?
When I do this with L4D on mine it actually makes it worse.
Also, mines recently come back from repair. I may have to resent mind. Ballache!

i got the same problem mate it comes up with disc cant be read
mine hs only started to do this i think its the xbox is fucked

Just tried this, hopefully this works! If not I'll pack the thing up and get a ps3  . Cheers mate!
Does anyone know if blockbuster would let me change it for a ps3/money back/new disk...?
