chemical guys all in one is a polish with built in sealant.
personally though i would put a good wax on top, something from the dodo juice range or some collonite depending on the colour of the car.

meguiars stuff is by far the best for tyres / trim
chemical guys hardcore paste wax is £12.99 and great value for money, obv not in the league as dodo, but it's all reflected in the price difference

no dont put wax on your plastics it will leave marks. only bumper shine should be on the plastics
