Default Sticky Throttle

ok got a little problem, when the engine is hot and i want to shift the throttle is a little bit sticky. When i push in the clutch the revs wont go down imediatly but after one or two seconds. It's an 2000 1.4 VTS(westcoast in the UK) with a vtr inlet, vtr throttle body and a raceland airbox with green filter. So far i've checked the ICV, trottle cable and the coolant temp sensor. These are al good. Anybody has any idea what the problem could be? Sparkplugs? Coilpack? Oil?

Edit: also tried to switch back to a 1.4 inlet and throttle body but it had the same problem

Get somebody too rev the engine then spray the throttle linkage(spring)while the spring is under load.Use White spray grease or engine oil.

Right in front of the throttle body.Well I say its a spring its more like the throttle cable goes onto a pulley its all around here that needs lubricating.

try the throttle position sensor and check the cable at the peddle end aswell first. Also just make sure everything else isn't getting caught on things if you got time take the throttle body off and give it a clean to
