Default VTR Wheels

So i just bought some VTR wheels, just wondering when refurbishing them, has anybody removed this dirt/rust on the inside of the wheel and how did they do so ? Removed rust/dirt from the outer edges of the wheel with sandpaper, would a pressure washer remove any of this ? Because the dirt on the back of the wheels in the picture is really tough

ive only ever refurbed 4 sets of alloys, one of those being vtrs. and spent alot of time cleaning up the backs of them, but when there on yo cant even see the back, so just give it a quick wire brush down and paint

I was thinking that as well mate but i do have a lot of time on my hands as i have to change the hubs over beacuse my car is 3 stud, so I may as well take it all off and paint, thanks for the suggestion though mate.

i used a wire brush to get majority of the crapp off then used bilberry juice to soak in to get any dirt off
