what makes you think it has arches, wheels are probably visable through the rear window and take up where the back seat normally is
it is real not a photoshop, i found another pic on his website (guy works for speedhunters)

Also where would the engine fit as the original 500 Arbarth couldn't close the boot? So fuck knows where a V6'd fit.

the arbarth version houses the engine where the standard one is mounted but is bigger, hence why you cant shut the boot and they made it into a spoiler. however i would guess the engine is mounted where the back seats would lie like the same a clio v6.
