Ebay question- is this allowed
There is a ssaxo for sale on ebay and the auction dosent finish until wednesday. I rang the guy up about going to look at it today around 7 and he said someone is going to look at it at around 6ish and he said that if these other people like it then hes gunna sell it to them like a first come first served basis but surely i should get the chance to bid other wise its not an auction?

The seller always has the right to end the auction early.....tbh most buyers now (the ones with sense) do end early whenever they can to avoid the stupid final value fees.

life isnt fair.
He can end the auction if he wants and if someones wanting to buy the car theres no reason not to end it.

Usually someone should state in their auction that they have the right to remove early.

indeed as far as i know its only if u state that its advertised elsewhere and they reserve the right to end early....
but then all he will get off ebay is a warning unless he has had previous warnings....
i recently "won" a brand new rear xsi bumper for 99p.....tossa never sold it to me....
