Unhappy engine runs too hot

it only takes about 5-10mins before my temperature gauge has shot right up. the only thing that can keep it fairly cool but still above half way mark is the cold air rushing through the bumper from the speed im doing. all the pipes are fine, thermostat changed, coolant topped up, radiator bled and ive checked for signs of head gasket going and there arent any. the radiator still doesnt seem to be pumping water through.

any ideas how to fix this or what else to change?

maybe a new rad?

Surely if the waters being pumped through the pipes then its being pumped through the rad to get to the pipes. If the waters being pumped then it must be a blockage...thats the only other thing i can think of.

one half of the rad stays cold, and the other half only gets warm cos of the heat off the manifold

Hi,

Try flushing the radiator and look for signs of discoloration (brown) of the coolant. Maybe the rad needs to be changed.

The other thing looks like an immobiliser control unit.
