Hi mate, Over here, flying wheels are a bad sign, and cans are generally headphones..



If you mean Cams and flywheel, I can tell you that the standard flywheel is the best option, as it is light enough already..



As for Cams, have a look at www.gmcmotorsport.co.uk, they do cams/headwork and throttlebodies, as well as forced induction setups.
