Default Ive had an absolute MARE of a day.

Right so was driving in the morn after i woke up to go to my mates for a run. Was pulling out a junction and this car let me go and this other car was bombing towards me in the op direction so i used the VTR thunder to evade it, so to speak. So i got up to speed quickly and went round the corner which was a little down the road and there stood a copper with a stupid speed gun in thee most random place (oviously to get idiots like me) and i was doing about 40mph on the dials but my cars 5 mph out. So i slammed the brakes but god knows if he caught me.

Then i was doing town lifts and stopped at this big intersection and there is so many lanes some lights go and others dont, so i was sat there speaking and after a while in the corner of my eye i saw the lights change but one of the bulbs was out so i went... Turns out it wasnt my lane and i went through the red. FML. atleast there was minimal traffic could of been really bad!

So the summary is if i get caught for going through a red and speeding thats like £120 fine and a ban.... becuase im a "new driver" Wow nice...

You've had a mare lol

btw, what red light was it? You won't get caught for that unless it was the ones with the grey cameras behind ie, like the ones at the end of northam bridge

Had a customer today tell me why Friday the 13th is most likely known for bad Luck

If you look into the accident, hospital logs and all the other stats etc for Friday the 13th's you do see a rise an increase of injury, bad luck yada yada.

One likely reason for this, is "Back in the day" everyone used to get paid on the a Friday
Everyone would have money, go out and get pissed up and cause havoc.
So the drunk would directly or indirectly cause the problems. Hnece Friday the 13th
I just nodded and agreed and got into the Van

Its a good idea, but there must be more to it imo

-----

You should be alight bud, If the traffic lights didn't have a jumper camera and the Police officer sneezed as you drove past.

You survive to drive another day

Nope. They send you a nice letter about a week later informing you of an impending fine and 3 points.

Anal holes.

Tbh mate youll probably get 300 community service hours, criminal record, asbo, cerfew, be on tag £2000 fine 6 points, be on the sex offenders register and have to retake your test, thats what i heard if you have 2 road traffic offences on the same day.

Bad luck, jus the way it goes innit

In summary

Friday = Pay Day
Pay = Drink
Drink = Drunk

Drunk + Friday + 13th day of the Month = Accidents on Friday 13th

I understand the getting paid on a friday thing. But what I don't understand is why the 13th causes any extra problem.

They would get drunk on their wages if it had been a normal friday??

Or am I missing the point?
