Air Bag Light flashing

hi every one
i am new to saxo and this forum

i got saxo 1.1 w reg it was mot fail so got it for 90 gbp
done some welding headgasket tyre and wipers
to wash all interior ( it was hors enthusiast car) i have to remowe everythink to bare interior
just sound deding left.
after i put everythink back ther is AIR BAG flashing
i check all wires everythink is connected try to start car 10 times( in vauxhall its reseting errors) try to unplug batery and ecu for 15 min. nothing.
any ideas.

either air bag ecu under the dash or one of the orange plugs under the seat

will check plugs in the morning.
where exacly is ecu under dash meaby i nock it by accident.
i was remowing stearing wheel aswel plug there is ok but is it posbile to damage
this black plastic spining contact thing.
