Default car wont idle :@

Hi guys I'm in need of help, for some strange reason my car will not idle hot or cold, I was out and about yesterday and as I was driving it just wanted to stall. So I bought it home and tried to see if it would be alright this morning and it was still the same I could start it and rev it up but everytime I eased off the pedal it stalls, can you help me? Its doing my nut in lol its a single plug vts

Sounds like the icv.
Give that a clean and then see if it is still doing it.

Yeah might aswell while you are at it.

Mine had a slightly funny idle and cleaned my throttle body and it sorted it.
ICV is a pretty common problem.
