Knocking on N/S Front
Allways when im on the spot turning the wheel theres a knocking noise. And when I accelerate from the lights it knocks. I know its not the CV joint as its not constant knocking. Any one know what this could be? Going to jack the car up 2mrw have a look around what it could be but any help is usefull.

it might be your pinch bolt mine knocked cus it came loose

its the bolt that holds your wishbone 2 ur hob doe's it knock then you go over a bump

LOL! yeahh when I go over speed bumps it knocks, il have a look at that 2mrw then. Cheers for that mate!

I changed the wishbone few months ago for a new-ish one, but il check that for play 2mrw.

mine does the same ive got a guy who looks at my car for me for next to nothing so im going to get him to look over it, before i get it lowered lol cuz ill keep thinking my car will break lol

They were second hand. Is there kits to change the ball joint?

lol that's what I hate, go over a speed bump and I think somethings going to fall of, my mates saxo ball joint poped out few months ago and done some serious damage. Just don't wana go thru that as im skint :\
