my exhaust mounts kept coming off a while ago, what I done to solve it was I brought new exhaust rubbers/mounts, and then I put a thick cable tie through the middle of the mount and looped it around the back of the hanger.
I tightened it enough to stop the mount coming off, but the exhaust still had enough to move and flex freely.

sounds like it could be coming of one hanger, how do you drive it? are the engine mounts ok?

how about some uprated exhaust mounts. They flex a lot less so stop the exhaust moving so much. They should therefore stay in place.
