Just buy a panel filter for your standard air box. No point wasting your money on fancy induction kits. Yes they look better, but no improvement on performance

I have a green cone filter sitting doing nothing. Its yours for £15 delivered. But on a serious note. A cone filter sat right in the middle of the engine bay ain't gonna do you any good.As has been said get yourself a high flow panel filter or save up and get yourself a decent enclosed induction kit like a bmc CDA or pipercross viper. Failing that get the cone filter and make sure you give it a good cold air feed.

My bad, misread the title. If its what I am thinking of and thats what they are called these days, used to be a raceland they were called, simota replicas. Got one sitting in the shed, got a hole on the bottom due to it falling onto my mani, though it still works

The green enclosed kits are fairley good, much better than the cheaper raceland alternatives, however its a lot of money for an enclosure that is still abs.
A better fitment, but is it worth the extra £100 over the raceland which is still just plastic.
Raceland with the green filter would be my choice, or the streamline carbon enclosure at £450.
can buy carbon versions of the raceland/green enclosures for not much more than the raceland price from oversea's
