had my mot on friday and it failed on welding on offside rear inner wheel arch which is done but i ad a advisory on front both ball joint suspension arms has slight play so i was just wondering what would be easyier to replace the rubber or just replace the whole wishbones

i think its jus easier to replacthe whole wishbone mate as if you just do the bush then a couple of weeks or months the botto ball joint miught go so you'de wasted time doing the bushes, so if you do the whole wishbone you cant go wrong.

yerp that unall mate i did my shocks and antiroll bar link rods on the front in a couple of hours not hard at all,
good luck with it.

mine failed other month on ball joint and drop link bush, just change the wishbones, its far easier

got all mine done bought link rods wishbones myself about 70 quid. 45 quid for the work. the guy had to cut the link rods off were seized on.

Recently made myself abrand new set of wishbones, new mounts, new ball joints and powerflex bushed, let me say it's not fun to press 10year old ball joints out

i going to change the whole wishbone i can get a set for £75 so not to bad my drop link i change about 3 mouths ago and they were seized so i had to cut them off

I always spray up and wire brush the roll links everytime the wheels are off, there a right fucker to get off when they seize. £75 is good price.

I've done the same thing with the powerflex etc, but pressing the balljoints out was cool, i loved doing it as when it popped out, it just totally fell apart
