Water!! Help

Hi guys I have been having this problem for a little while now. My water is going down quite rapidly over about a week it will use most of the water tank. I top it up and go again but there are no signs of head gasket at all excepts slight smoking of the exhaust but oil and water cap are both clean as can be. Any one got any ideas or suggestions on how to check the problem or what it could be? I have bled the water system using one bleeder i could find. Just really want to sort it and have peace of mind its not somethign serious!

I know this sounds daft but leave a towell or cardboard sheet under the car over night and inspect it for water in the morning.

My car was leaking from the rad, when i took it out eventually it had pretty much disintegrated but from above you couldn't see!!

Thanks I will try this on a suspected dry night as if it rains that wouldnt work but work a go thanks
