On a saxo desire 1.1 03 are there springs on the rear of the car?

No its a torsion bar, but if your lowering it i would recommend uprated rear shocks.

As above, its a torsion bar on the rear, you need Two front springs and someone to adjust the torsion bar yourself. At a guess i'd say you'll be lost with the torsion bar if you didn't know about them.

I can fit your springs and adjust the torsion bar for £90 all inclusive. Based in Surrey and can have you in and out in 3 hours.
