Default desire 1.1 rear suspension

ive had my saxo a couple of months now and since im 17 i dont know alot, when taking my rear wheel off the suspension seams to like twist around. if you was looking at the wheel from the side and tried to take off the wheel it looks like the wheel tries to turn left or right, but it seams to be a bush or bearing on the suspension so im wondering how much to get it fixed and if this is a serious problem or not?

please help! thanks
