Default Bits and pieces

Just a quick update on what I've done, and what I have to do :L

40mm lowering springs on the front, lowering 2 nicks on the back this Saturday
Gloss black 306 DTurbo alloys, IMO they are lovely
Colour coded the badges
Just picked up MK1 VTR interior (door cards front and rear, and seats front and rear.. the tiger strip effect ones lol) so I will be fitting them tomorrow

Bringing to mates garage on Saturday to do a head gasket :/ mates rates though (Y)
As I said, lowering the back too
Planning on getting a getting exhaust system soon too..

I reckon I should make it into a VTR rep, any thoughts?

Lowering by notches can damage the axle and ultimately fuck your car iirc. Don't hold me to it though.

at least get it lowered the right way not by clicks/notches/nicks

its no harder to do it right and you wont destroy your beam

the correct way is to remove the bars themselfes leaving the arms in place
reset the arms height the desired amount
and re insert the torsion bars

no disturbing bearings in the process and no twisting loads on them after
