Depends how you are wanting to do it. Have a read of the fat burners thread for the best supplements/burners available.
If your doing it clean, be on a calorie deficit, stay well hydrated, keep it high protein, and a whole lot of cardio.

Well i dont want a six pack or anything like that, i just want to get rid of the spare tyre iv built up. I have been using Thermopure caps from myprotein for an energy boost pre workout. These are also supposed to 'aid fat loss' so i will be using these to my advantage also.
The thing i am unsure with is how to integrate the cardio? Do i change my whole plan and base my gym days around cardio and add in a little weight training? Or do i carry on as is and just spend 30-45minutes on cardio after a normal work out?

Its up to you what you use, alot of these thermobol type supps are a gimmick if you ask me.
Imo cardio is the way to lose fat, but you should also be doing weights.
Keep protein high, and do full body workouts with weights 3-4 times a week to preserve as much lean body mass as possible.
And do some HIIT training on the treadmill, aim for around 60mins a day 3-4 times a week.
Keep diet in check.

you can cut doing a 10mins SPRINT before each weight session,
and cut food to be in a deficit, this WILL make u loose weight,
pills and stuff are all crap and dont work, u need hardcore stuff(see other thread) or save ur money.
i do 3 days a week weights and the odd cardio day on a diet of high protein LOW carbs now ive cut up loads

0-50g carbs on none training days, stop eating sugar, time 75% of your carb intake to within an hour post and 2hrs pre workout. Then 10-15 mins of sprint intervals after your weight sessions should be all you need. 20 seconds sprint, 40 seconds recovery. Or try doing 50m sprints on the rower with 10 sec rests. 3 sets of 5 is a good conditioning workout.

I bulked up for 8 years especially round the middle remember that TV ad think it was for trainers or something, "bellys gonna get ya, bellys gonna get ya" with a massive belly bouncing after a guy running.
Belly got me a good un
Still at least I'm doing something about it now.
