Is it true that...
If your car is fully debadged you cant get a parking ticket? I got told today that in order for the wardens to issue a ticket that have to state the vechiles make, model and reg number, even if you know what car it is e.g a saxo they cant issue it unless it has a badge..
Is that true?
Or it is..

Nah on a serious note i was told that they cant find out the models from the reg as they are on the move and there little hand held computers cant hold the whole dvla database?

I have never got a ticket and allways park leggaly so  I just got told it at work and wasn't sure so i thought i would turn to the wise wisdom of sax-p
